How to write the company name

To ensure consistency when writing the company name in texts, press releases, body copy, administrative documents, forms, and other materials, it is necessary to establish clear guidelines for its correct usage.

Logo

The FIS logo remains unchanged in its structure and distinctive elements, reaffirming the strength and recognition built over time. Preserving its form reflects the intention to maintain continuity, authority, and alignment with the brand identity.

Alongside the solid-color version, a gradient variant has been introduced. This evolution does not alter the meaning of the logo but expands its visual language, conveying dynamism, innovation, and the ability to evolve. The gradient represents transition, transformation, and the dialogue between diverse areas of expertise — core values for a company operating within a constantly advancing scientific landscape.

Payoff

Both versions coexist when the full logo is used together with the payoff.

The gradient is applied exclusively to the monogram, while the payoff remains in the corporate color.

Colors

The color palette defines a clear, consistent, and distinctive visual system designed to ensure recognition and continuity across all brand applications.

Primary Color

The primary color is the foundation of the visual identity. It is used for the logotype, key elements, and institutional components, conveying solidity, authority, and reliability.

Secondary Palette

The secondary palette introduces complementary tones that support and enrich the visual language. It is designed to provide creative flexibility across editorial layouts, informational materials, and digital content, while always maintaining consistency with the primary color.

Accent Colors

The data visualization palette is optimized for charts and infographics.

Usage and Consistency

All colors are defined across the main color systems to ensure consistency between print and digital applications.

Gradient

The gradient is a key element of the FIS visual language and represents the concept of transformation. It expresses the transition from scientific knowledge to practical application, from research to results.

When used with balance, the gradient strengthens FIS’s visual identity, adding depth and movement without compromising clarity, reliability, or authority.

The gradient should always transition from the darker color on the left to the lighter color on the right. In exceptional cases, it may be reversed when required for specific applications; however, this option should be used sparingly.

Graphic Shapes

Origins

The graphic shape is derived directly from the logo, creating a strong visual connection within the brand identity.

Through the abstraction and extension of key brand elements — such as curves, angles, and proportions — a versatile design component has been developed, capable of strengthening brand recognition while providing flexibility in layout composition and communication.

This shape becomes a distinctive element, adaptable across different media while consistently maintaining a reference to the logo’s fundamental geometry.

New frames

Inspired by the geometry of the logo, a series of custom graphic frames has been developed to serve both practical and aesthetic purposes.

These shapes maintain visual consistency with the brand identity and can be used in multiple ways: as dynamic containers for text, as frames for images, or as standalone decorative elements. Their design ensures flexibility in composition while always preserving a coherent visual language.

Whether used subtly or more prominently, these frames introduce rhythm, structure, and a distinctive touch to every layout.

Photographic style

The FIS photographic style is guided by authenticity and realism, with a strong focus on people, processes, and the environments where science takes shape. Images portray everyday work through a perspective that is genuine, credible, and professional, avoiding artificial setups or forced poses.

Photography prioritizes real-life scenes, operational settings, and authentic situations – laboratories, manufacturing facilities, teams at work, and details of research and application. People are captured in action, focused on their roles and immersed in their context, reflecting competence, responsibility, and dedication.

Even when more conceptual or scientific imagery is used, such as molecular visuals, the style remains understated, clear, and rigorous – supporting the content rather than serving as a decorative element.
